In the project “Estuaries on the MOVE” (EMOVE), four partners from four different North Sea Region countries work together to provide insight on what we know and need to find out by research or pilots to maintain accessible, flood safe and ecological resilient estuaries and ports. The goal of EMOVE is to turn the stakeholders – representing the relevant organizations and communities around the focal estuaries of the Scheldt, Weser and Göta älv – into a committed community with shareholders to jointly maintain sustainable and accessible estuaries and finding suitable adaptive strategies and measures to do so.
